Secondary Skill Spring, Hibernate, RIA

Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

- 13+ yrs of overall experience in application development and maintenance with 4+ years in management

- Experience in leading large-scale web application development projects which are database intensive.

- Ability to contribute to application design & architecture

- Demonstrate proven ability in managing multiple concurrent engagements in offshore/onshore model

- Ability to think analytically and deal w/ ambiguity (problem resolution, judgment, negotiation & decision making skills)

- Ability to actively engage business/technology partners, present, defend & challenge technical recommendations

- Strong demonstrated human relations skills to select, coach, develop, mentor,performance manage and reward employees

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across organizational lines and with virtual team members; strong relationship building skills

- Exposure to Development and production support lifecycle of enterprise Web-based Java applications

- Demonstrated ability of adapting to new technologies and having a broader understanding of technologies

- Strong implementation skills; highly organized and self-driven; takes initiative

- Works well in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
