Job Description:

The Technology Manager for the CPS DSSM Server Support group would involve the following:

- 10+ yrs of practical experience with understanding of Server Environment includes supporting UNIX and Linux Mid range servers in OS, Hardware and Remote Data center Management

- Good Experience in ITIL Based Service Model and having good understanding of Incident/Change/Problem Management areas.

- Establish good relationship with US partners - US technology and business partners.

- Perform delivery management functions in an on-shore off-shore model, collaborating with US technology managers to identify and execute appropriate projects. Establish proper operating metrics and effect continuous improvement.

- Manage a team size varying from 10 to 15 FTE's along with contractors. Managing team involves recruiting right talent, build, mentor and enable to them to perform to their potential.

- Manage and drive multiple Support and Maintenance activities for different technology platforms

- Proactive & creative development of support Strategy and enhance team productivity

- Be a model for continuous improvement & quality as a foundation throughout the support and Maintenance process

- Lead team adherence to high quality standards, & delivery w/ high quality and efficiency

- Work cross team & collaborate with Technology Managers to ensure support and maintenance activities, including raising issues, exploring & communicating resolutions, and driving for results.

- Mentor/grow individual SMEs in technology and domain

- Ensures that team adheres to organization policies.
