Technology Lead - Product Manager - Political Consultancy

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager with a strong technical background to help innovate and execute technology products for a political consultancy based in Chennai. Candidate should be willing to drive whatever is necessary to use technology beyond limitations as an innovative tool for political campaigning. He should have an in-depth understanding on existing ICT platforms and potential usage in large scale public outreach campaigns.

Major Responsibilities:

- Drive the roadmap & execution of developing next generation ICT tools (web and mobile) in relation to large-scale public outreach campaigns.

- Responsible for the ideation, development, launch and continuous improvement of gamification and other tactics related to ICT that will drive growth in terms of new user acquisition and engagement.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Relevant work experience in Product Management to innovate and execute product initiatives

- Engineering background with hands-on software development experience

- Excellent operational and executional skills

- Ability to focus on the big picture (integrating ICT tools in a political campaign) and the ground-level details (day-to-day constraints, compromises, content plan, progress against the plan, engineering dependencies etc.)

- Creative, friendly, and organized with great problem-solving skills

A prior start up work experience is welcome.
