We are seeking an experienced M&A professional with 4-6 years of expertise in executing sell-side healthcare transactions, particularly cross-border deals. The ideal candidate can have a consulting, equity research and IB background (KPO is fine too) and play a key role in deal execution, financial analysis, and managing client interactions to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Execution: Manage the end-to-end M&A process for sell-side transactions in the healthcare sector, with a focus on cross-border transactions.
- Market Research & Targeting: Perform detailed market research and identify strategic buyers and investors in healthcare.
- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Develop comprehensive financial models, valuations, and analyses to support sell-side transactions.
- Client Management: Liaise with clients, managing relationships throughout the transaction process to provide strategic advisory.
- Cross-Border Expertise: Navigate regulatory, financial, and cultural challenges in cross-border deals, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Due Diligence: Oversee the due diligence process, working with cross-functional teams and external advisors to identify risks and opportunities.
- Documentation: Assist in drafting and reviewing transaction documents, including pitch books, term sheets, and sale agreements.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external advisors, including legal, tax, and financial professionals, to drive deal success.
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in M&A with a focus on healthcare and cross-border sell-side deals.
- Strong background in consulting, equity research and IB background (KPO is fine too), with proven experience in transaction support and financial analysis.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience in managing client relationships in a high-pressure, deal-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and healthcare market dynamics in global transactions.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or CFA preferred.
