Technology Head - eCommerce

Job Responsibilities: Establishing technical vision, leading all aspects of technology, through development and deployment of the e-Commerce applications and web presence of the company.

- Will work closely with the core business team/ heads on the technology initiatives.

- Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's data and servers.

- Provide visible leadership within the Technology Community.

- Responsible for finalizing the technology partner(s) and managing the relationships.

- Responsible for timely, within budget and successfully delivery of the technology solutions for the organization.

- Responsible for ongoing support and other activities related to technology. Responsible for managing the entire technology setup (e-commerce & retail) for the company. Responsible for any technology initiatives for enabling better customer service.

- Responsible for managing the entire front end development and back end operations of the e-commerce site of the company.

- Would be continuously developing/exploring new technology avenues. Would be managing and guiding a team on the software development and engineering platforms.

Desired Profile:

- A technocrat having hands on experience around 8-11 years on "E-commerce technologies-, pro in coding and team management skills. Expertise in Magento Framework is mandatory.

- Experienced in component based development projects and database backed web sites.

- Should have a university degree in a IT and several years of experience working in technical projects in a leading position.

Technology head from e-commerce industry would be preferred. The person would be heading the team of Ui/Ux Developers for all tech related issues.
