- Min 12-15 years of experience in IT operations, Tech Solution's & Product Development

- Have been in the leadership role for more than 3 years

- Should be handling at least $ 4 million of business annually either directly or been involved as part of a team

- Should possess expertise to manage and lead a tech team for digital solutions

- Ability to create solutions, mark up proposals and negotiate with clients for successful closures.

- Capable to meet up with the requirements of internal as well as external customers- needs on a regular basis.
