This role will involve:
- Providing leadership and support to the existing team across the region
- Ensuring world class process and efficiency from an operational perspective
- Providing key support and engagement with stakeholders across the business
- Helping to drive projects and key strategic initiatives
- Management input as a key part of the regional leadership function
To qualify for this role you will require:
- At least 15 years- experience in Operations/technology - ideally in Wealth Management
- Demonstrably strong man-management experience
- An eye for detail combined with the ability to drive strategy
- The ability to manage and run projects across the region
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
