Technology Development Manager - R&D - FMCG/Retail

You will be inventing, developing and reapplying manufacturing, process, and engineering technologies for our world-class consumer products. You will lead projects and teams specializing in automation technology such as Robotics, Motion Control, Industrial Vision, Network Communications and PLCs Your work will be at leading edge of technical fields as power and control systems, process mechanical, chemical processing, capital management, and environmental engineering.

Desired Skills and Experience

- PhD/Master degree Engineering, Physics or related field.

- 5 - 10 years experience working on Hygiene products in R&D and Quality

- Knowhow in the overall technology process used in the baby, feminine and adult care products.

- Raw Material development/New technology for absorbency structure

- Knowledge of technologies, materials and process used in non woven and paper industry

- Knowhow in test methodologies and lab techniques and capabilities to characterize materials, absorbent structures and finished products within the world hygiene industry.

- Skilled designing and integrating materials to deliver absorbent core systems used in disposable

- Skilled in monitoring product competitor strategy leveraging on IP strategy and products analysis in terms of product construction and technology applied.

- Entrepreneurial mindset - demonstrated through work and previous experiences.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English for common business are a must

- Curious about new innovation models and willing to challenge status quo.

- Able to work independently, multi task and perform in a high achieving environment

- Excellent creative problem-solving skills and ability to use data to connect multiple ideas and develop solutions.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally

- A very strong candidate would have additional digital skills such as: knowledge of python, SQL or developing data bases and architectures
