Technology Delivery Leader
We are seeking an accomplished Technology Delivery Leader with a proven track record of managing large teams to join our dynamic organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technology delivery operations, leading a team of 80+ professionals, and ensuring the successful execution of projects in alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Technology Delivery:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for technology delivery operations, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Drive the successful execution of technology projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a large and diverse technology delivery team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the end-to-end technology delivery process, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Implement best practices to optimize delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Metrics:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance technology delivery performance.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and development teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain effective communication channels to address project requirements and changes.
Resource Management:
- Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel and technology, to meet project demands.
- Provide strategic input for team expansion or contraction based on project needs.
Technology Innovation:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance delivery capabilities.
- Collaborate with the technology team to integrate innovative solutions into project delivery.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with technology delivery projects.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing a technology delivery team of 80+ professionals.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale technology projects.
