Main purpose of the job and key background information :
Activities to be performed :
- Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, and own/manage specific work threads of a larger consulting engagement
- Work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution
- Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations, actively participate in proposal development and writing
- Play the role of a team lead and help in building the team by actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities- lead a group of consultants and senior consultants
- Work in a global delivery model with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams managing large, confidential and complex data sets
- Deliver complex projects on time, under the cost as per to the agreed scope, experience of working in an agile environment, at scale- Demonstrate successful end to end delivery of large-scale projects
- Proactively identify project risks and apply treatment plans
- Project management skills in the knowledge areas like Schedule, Cost, scope, Risk, resources
- Communication and leadership skills
- Stakeholder's management skills
- Strong Change Management experience
- Proven ability to plan at both a high and detail level, and influence stakeholders and team members to commit to a defined pathway
- Display a high level of comfort with ambiguity and ability to plan for failure
- Ability to work as an Individual contributor if necessary

- 7 to 14 years of professional experience in Consulting / Corporate Strategy teams, in the domain of technology consulting and process transformation ; including process modelling, mining and digital product/solution development
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and emerging technologies (Automation, Cloud, DevOps, BPM tools)
- Analytical and Hypothesis driven problem-solving approach
- Experience of working in a global delivery model and managing cross-functional and cross-geographic teams
- Experience in one of these sectors ; BFSI, Consumer Markets, Healthcare, Energy and Utilities
- Ability to interface with senior client stakeholders in one of the above sectors, bring industry insights and provide a view on leading practices
- Exposure to working with US clients and interacting with US stakeholders
- Managed end to end delivery of projects- experience with Agile delivery model execution
- Demonstrated proven ability to work with the Business Architect and/or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution
- Responsible for project planning and execution as per sprint plan to deliver projects within budget and schedule to the client
- ownership of Project Financial- Revenue maximization and cost reduction
- Managed risk and developed mitigation plan
- Good Communication Skills
- Good technical skills in Cloud Technologies such as Azure, AWS & GCP
