Key Responsibilities:

Strategic SEO Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth, improve rankings, and enhance domain authority.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content and optimization strategies.

- Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to adapt and refine SEO practices.

On-Page & Off-Page Optimization:

- Optimize website elements, including metadata, headings, URL structures, and internal linking, to improve crawlability and rankings.

- Implement off-page strategies, including link building and outreach campaigns, to increase domain authority and referral traffic.

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all web and blog content aligns with SEO best practices.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz to monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion metrics to derive actionable insights.

- Provide detailed reports on SEO performance, including key metrics such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and ROI.

Technical SEO:

- Work closely with developers to optimize site architecture, load speed, mobile usability, and structured data implementation.

- Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and crawl errors.

Collaboration & Campaign Management:

- Align SEO strategies with overall marketing objectives to ensure consistency across all digital initiatives.

- Collaborate with the paid marketing team to manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to complement organic efforts.

- Provide SEO insights and guidance during website development, redesigns, and new feature implementations.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

- 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a track record of delivering results.

- Experience in e-commerce SEO is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices (on-page and off-page).

- Experience with technical SEO, including site architecture, structured data, and schema markup.

- Hands-on experience with Google AdWords and PPC platforms.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it pertains to SEO is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to tackle SEO challenges.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Certifications:

- Google Analytics and Google AdWords certifications are highly preferred.
