- The purpose of this role is to identify, evaluate and ope-rationalize the right franchisees and drive franchisee sales in the existing as well as new markets that TKIL wants to expand in .
The incumbent should be responsible for :
- Standardize the process of franchisee selection and grow revenues by maximizing the franchisee network and its operations in existing as well as new markets
- Create standardized guidelines for feasibility analysis for franchisee operations
- Establish the processes to evaluate applications and conduct profile mapping exercise before finalizing a franchisee for TKIL. Explore avenues on a regular basis to make the process more efficient
- Scout for opportunities to establish new franchisees in existing markets as per the defined norms
- Scout for opportunities to convert the existing distributors etc. to TKIL franchisees
- Train all the internal stakeholders who are involved in franchisee selection process on selection criteria
- Participate in negotiations with franchisee owners for maximizing the margins
- Coordinate with Zonal Operation and Business Operation teams for driving sales through franchisees
- Establish and monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and SOPs with franchisee owners
- Achieve the assigned zone sales and profitability targets while adhering to credit agreement SLAs and maintaining focus on quality of customer service in franchisee stores
- Deliver Zonal sales and operating expenses targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Ensure collections from franchisees as per the SLAs
- Ensure accounts reconciliation for franchisees in the zone on a monthly basis in coordination with Branch Commercial team & Business operation manager and zonal operation manager
- Ensure reflection of TKIL culture in franchisee operations
- Initiate, design and monitor the marketing activities in the zone in coordination with Head Marketing
