Job Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead and manage the complete IT operations within our hospital.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hospital management software development, IT infrastructure management, and ensuring seamless technology integration across all hospital departments.

- This is a leadership role that requires a proactive approach to managing IT systems, driving innovation, and aligning technology solutions with the hospital's operational and clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and regular updates of the Hospital Management System (HMS) and other critical software.

- Collaborate with software vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot, resolve, and enhance system functionality.

- Manage data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support hospital administration, clinical teams, and regulatory requirements.

- Lead the IT team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely issue resolution, and proactive system monitoring.

- Provide strategic recommendations for IT infrastructure enhancements, including hardware, networks, cybersecurity, and software development.

- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with healthcare regulations (such as HIPAA or local healthcare IT standards).

- Assess emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and patient care.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in IT management, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide the IT team.

- Hands-on experience with hospital management software (HMS) and healthcare IT solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle technical and operational challenges effectively.

- Strong knowledge of database management, networking, cybersecurity, and system integration.

- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrators, and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in healthcare IT or project management (such as CHCIO, PMP, etc.) is a plus.

- Experience in software development or customization related to hospital operations will be an advantage.

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to healthcare data management.
