Techno Functional Consultant - SAP Implementation - CA

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Financial process analysis:

- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand business processes and requirements.

- Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

SAP Implementation:

- Lead and participate in SAP implementation projects with a focus on financial modules such as FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling).

- Ensure alignment between SAP solutions and accounting standards/regulations.

Requirements Gathering:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document financial requirements for SAP implementations.

- Translate financial business requirements into SAP configuration specifications.

Configuration and customization:

- Configure SAP Financial modules based on business requirements, ensuring accurate representation of financial processes.

- Oversee the customization of SAP to meet specific accounting and reporting needs.

Data Migration:

- Plan and execute data migration activities related to financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data transition during SAP implementation.

Testing and validation:

- Develop and execute test scenarios to validate the functionality and accuracy of SAP financial modules.

- Ensure successful testing of financial processes and reports within the SAP environment.

Training and documentation:

- Provide training to finance and accounting teams on new SAP functionalities.

- Create comprehensive documentation for SAP configurations and financial processes.

Continuous improvement:

- Stay updated on SAP best practices and updates, recommending and implementing continuous improvements in financial processes.
