Oracle HRMS(R12)/Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
This is a remote position that requires 50-60% onsite travel.
- In-depth knowledge of functional domains such as Global Human Resources, Benefits, Global Payroll, Global Payroll Interface, Time & Labour, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation
- Providing functional consulting services through the entire systems development lifecycle
- Identifying business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle Cloud functionality
- Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them
- Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Configuring the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
- Writing business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions
- Defining testing scenarios and developing test scripts
- Knowledge of DFF/Fusion Fast Formula
- Supporting clients with the execution of test scripts
- Developing end-user documentation and training materials
- Delivering end-user training
- Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables
- Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Interacting with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
- Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
- Sharing knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher(BE, MBA, MCA, CA)
- HCM Extracts, HDL(Data Loader) and FBL(File Based loader)
- BI Reports & OTBI Reports
- Over 4+ years experience with minimum one implementation in Oracle EBIZ-R12 to large scale ERP implementations that include:
- Oracle EBIZ R12 & Fusion experience in these modules: Global Human Resources, Benefits, Global Payroll, Global Payroll Interface, Time & Labour, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation
- Ability to work on any of project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration and Testing
Preferred Skills :
- Oracle Certifications in Cloud HCM
- Oracle EBIZ-R12 background
