Job Description :

1) 5 -9 years experience

2) Understanding of HR process is must.

3) Must have Ramco HCM implementation experience

4) Analysis and design for new module of full automated tendering process

5) Implement effective application monitors to ensure application performance, functionality, and availability.

6) Engage with developer to make sure the proper development of business requirements

7) Communicate with internal groups about issues.

8) Coordinates ongoing data collection and performs analysis to determine optimal organizational performance

9) Designs training materials, local standards operating procedure manuals, monitoring tools

10) Identifies trends and opportunities for application improvement
