Techno Functional Analyst - IT

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title TL

Division / Department IT - Core Applications

JOB PURPOSE

Subject matter expert on Wholesale products from technology perspective. Should be able to manage any wholesale product as a techno-functional expert and make sure application uptime and application data/functional integrity

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- End to end coordination between business and software delivery partners

- Implementing solutions that effectively resolve problems or provide improvement

- Handling resource allocations and setting up of the communication channels across various horizons of the organization structure

- Planning, executing, monitoring and reviewing ongoing projects / service management

- Mapping requirements & providing them best solutions involving evaluation & definition of scope of project and finalization of project requirements

- Monitoring SLA based Support Services with high degree of business end user satisfaction

- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

- Excellent judgment, decision making skills, and the ability to deliver in short tenures.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications and Experience

- Master's in Computer science Engineering

Functional and Behavioral Skills

- Strong BA skills in IT/BFSI Industry

Relevant and total years of Experience

- Should have 10+ years of experience in LMS/LOS system

- Experience with Cloud computing

- Should have good understanding of database with technical expertise in SQL

Key shared accountabilities-

- Understanding of whole business and entire loan life cycle.

- Hands on experience in Loan Management System and Loan Origination System

- Proficient at handling operations related to Support Service Delivery Management, managing quality related process, coordinating with partners

- Significant at understanding & implementing the Business Logic
