Techno Commercial Manager - Real Estate/Infra

Post : Techno Commercial Manager

Education : A Bachelor's Degree on Civil Engineering preferably with background of MBA or Chattered Accountant degree.

Experience : Minimum 10 years of Experience in Managing projects

Computer Knowledge : Candidate should be computer savvy, must be expert in MS-Excel, Word, and Email Correspondence. (Knowledge in ERP will be added advantage)

Skill Required :

- Strong commercial and financial acumen.

- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills and Experience of contract management

- Strong planning and risk management skills.

- Desire to work within a challenging, fast changing but also rewarding environment.

- Extensive professional experience in a similar position including full responsibility for contracts and portfolio of projects.

- Extensive and complex project management experience is an absolute necessity.
