Arsenius Skill Capital is Hiring - Techno Commercial Head For India's Leading & Listed Real Estate Developers

Location: Ahmedabad

CTC: up to 1Cr. PA (Open To Discuss)

Qualification: BE Engineering / MBA Finance

Requisite:

- Applicant with 15+ yrs of Relevant work experience in the field of supply chain, procurement and sourcing. A post-graduate degree in Business Management or Materials Management would be an added advantage.

- The incumbent in this role will be responsible for the overall contracting and procurement strategy of the company as well as leading the contracting and procurement in all respects across all the projects in the company.

Contracting & Procurement Strategy:

- Develop and deploy an effective contracting and procurement strategy in line with the overall organization strategy.

Manage purchase:

- Monitor deployment of procurement strategy leveraging on economies of scale and cost saving realizations wherever appropriate. Control and manage a robust RFI and RFP process for strategic sourcing needs. Lead and participate in high value and complex transactions overseeing the negotiations, governance mechanism and vendor performance.

Negotiations:

- Ensure Proper Techno Commercial discussion and preparation of comparatives. Involving in Techno-commercial Negotiation and recommendation of contractors and suppliers. Monitor adherence to the Project budget and investigate any discrepancies.

Forward Planning and Forecasting:

- Lead the process for forward planning and forecasting ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with projects, regions and the land acquisition teams etc.

Quality and Internal Control/Checks:

- Review work and material quality periodically and give feedback to the vendors in case of issues. Establish and maintain a system of checks and controls to ensure that contract and purchasing decisions are taken and transactions are carried out with integrity in line with company guidelines, policies and procedures.
