UK shift- 2.30PM to 10.30PM

Technical

In this role you will be required to prepare technical as well business manuals, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily.

You will be also required to work collaboratively with SMEs, model developers, business users and customers to produce high-quality documentation

Other Areas

Work with the team lead to offer the technical capabilities to other clients.

- Work with and on specific requirements and own responsibility within the team.

- Relationship Team within the organization

- Work with both internal and external teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the statistical models and the documentation requirements for regulatory submissions

- Drive the creation of technical documentation based on methodology and framework provided by the client

- Maintain proper supporting documents for purposes of consistency and efficiency.

- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

- Bring about Process improvements.

- Develop and maintain user-training materials.

- Open to work with teams and client at different locations.

- Ready to stretch whenever required

- Meet KPIs and SLAs as defined by the business

Qualifications

Master's degree in Management/ Economics/Statistics/ Mathematics

- Proven working experience in technical writing and documentation

- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to details

- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text, graph and pictures

- Excellent written skills in English

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Good editing, proofreading, and document publishing abilities

- Good understanding of Statistical Concepts and application

- Working knowledge of SAS is desirable but not mandatory
