The job holder is responsible to develop and implement ongoing Training Needs Analysis for all the related learning and development activities whilst optimizing individual performance and the team competencies in line with the business requirements.

Performs TNI (Training Needs Identification)

- Through TNI confirms the areas of training. Confers with management to conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected growth plans, acquisitions, new markets, etc. TNA (Training Needs Analysis)

- Carries out the Training Needs Analysis elements of the learning and development strategies

- Analyses workforce capability and training data; prepare reports and recommendations to track the performance of the technical training function and to inform decision-makers

- Carries out performance assessments to determine the skills gaps between current and desirable learning skill levels Annual Training Plans & Sourcing Resources:

- Develops and implements a detailed Training Plan, including all training materials (instructor manuals, user manuals, quick fact sheets, etc.), distribution of training materials, rollout of training plan and maintaining training compliance dashboard to report on training effectiveness to senior management

- Facilitates technical training orientation sessions and arranges on-the-job training for new hires

- Produce a Training Curriculum for vehicles and evolve and update as required

- Provides classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops

- Validates and evaluates initial reactions after training sessions and external training linking to the allocated budget

- Working with other technical team members, to collaboratively develop a 9 month rolling training calendar

Data Management:

- Establishes the systems to store and maintain complete and accurate generic training data

- Evaluates trainer performance and the effectiveness of training programs while offering recommendations for improvement

- Help improve the level of service performance for all dealer technicians

- Implements Training Needs Analysis for the learning and development delivery with strategic evaluation

Qualification

- Diploma in Automotive Engg. Or relevant Technical qualifications with a certification in HR (training) Experience

- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
