The responsibilities of the Training Lead would be:
- Consulting with the software implementation team members to assess and define the training needs thru definition of learning objectives and course curriculum paths by key user groups.
- Defining training documentation standards based on Training Documentation tool and Learning Management System.
- Developing resource plan, planning and managing development and delivery of training curriculum, and reporting progress, obstacles or opportunities to Training Practice Lead.
This position will have overall responsibility for delivery of instructional courses relating to ERP software (SAP, Infor, Oracle, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft, Workday, etc.) while directing a team of Training Designers to develop course materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- 5-7 years working with ERP software
- 5-7 years of experience designing and delivering instructional courses
- Knowledge of requirements for integration of training materials in a Learning Management System.
