Technical Trainer - OEM background
I. Purpose - This position is responsible for handling the day to day operations of Technical Centre

1. To provide technical training to manufacturer dealer delegates, across an automotive brand, covering both electrical and mechanical systems
- Training need Analysis for dealer staff
- Product Training
- Training Publications and presentations
- Training Need Analysis
- Training Feedback and Analysis
- Training Calendar
2. To develop technical training information for the customer and dealership network
3. To deliver technical training on automotive diagnostic repair procedures, both electrical and mechanical, to a wide range of service technician and technical delegates
4. To develop manufacturer's trainer guides and training brochures, following pre-determined layouts and standards, using a range of desktop publishing and office IT systems.
5. To extract new product technologies to support the training and development of the delegates, differentiating between essential and supplementary knowledge
6. Encourage a supportive learning environment, encouraging questions, experience sharing and utilizing a variety of hands on, and instructor based training methods
7. Establish and maintain effective relationships with the delegates and dealer networks
8. To maintain the suitability and cleanliness of the training and Academy environment including vehicles and training aids
9. Contribute to the internal quality assurance of the technical training Programme
10. Conducts technical training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks
11. Facilitate Training Nominations & Training Calendar execution
12. Training Need Analysis at Dealerships
13. Conduct class room base training, practical and on job training at training centre as well as dealer.
14. Designing, supervision and coordination of the training related activities and programmes for technical and and non-technical disciplines, covering service and sales personal of dealership and organization.
15. Ability to Implement innovative ways of improving knowledge base and skill sets of training program participants, which help in grow the business
