Technical Trainer
Location- Bengalore
Experience- 4 to 7 years
Must have :
- Working experience with conducting virtual training sessions and Microsoft Office
- Working experience with technical information systems training and LMS delivery in the IT industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Main responsibilities :
- Work closely with Regional Lead Trainer to embed training content and processes across various categories of training across the region.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to obtain an in-depth understanding of the training requirements and training content requirements.
- Produce high-quality, technically accurate documentation materials that meet applicable standards.
- Conduct training workshops and relevant virtual training within the region for key frontline training programs as required.
- Assist to review and improve existing orientation and induction training programs.
