- Minimum 6 years of experience in recruitment in telecom technology products
- The Technical Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the oversight and management of recruitment efforts across all international and national geographies.
- Develop and implement a recruitment and talent acquisition strategy to support organisational mission, vision and goals.
- Organize, plan and manage the entire life cycle of recruitment from sourcing candidates to on-boarding utilizing the budgeted resources to deliver consistent and timely results
- Recruit telecom technical products.
