Job Description:

Provide technical leadership and own technical responsibility of defined suite of IT applications mainly GST ASP and GSP application. Participate in all business and technical meetings in the capacity of for the application owner. The team leaders will be responsible 25% to provide managerial leadership to the team with 75% emphasis on technical leadership

- Responsible for technical Solutioning for the application

- Design of interfaces to tackle the load and concurrency

- Review SFR meetings & coordinate with vendor/BPRG for problems/issues.

- Review MIS data & preparation of presentations.

- Ensure that all team members (i.e. Technical Analysts / Programmers) perform the delegated tasks according to set timelines

- Project execution / coordination & provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule

- Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams

- Assist team in achieving best possible design solution for functional requirements

- Identify processes, performance improvement and automation opportunities in all applications

- Preparation of solution designs and architecture

- Have a strong project management background

Previous Expereience Required :

- Years of Exp: 8+ years of experience

- Awareness/Exposure to BFSI segment

- Unix / Windows / Web-App servers

- Shell Scripting Skills

- Problem solving skill

- RDBMS - Oracle 11g & 12c, MS-SQL Server 2012 - 2016

- Good knowledge of Operating Systems

- Database : Tools: SQL Developer, Putty, FileZilla, MS Office, IIS

- Application Server: Tomcat, WAS

- Others: Autosys, Scripting, Knowledge of Servers and Storage-
