To project manage service delivery cycle (to Strategize, Execute, Monitor, Review and improve customer experience) of telecom solutions being sold to International/India carrier customers from technical validation to hand over of the tested service.
- To implement the all types of circuit within the customer request date as per the working standard.
- Single point of contact for the customer and sales during the delivery cycle and provide timely status.
- Interface with all internal groups (back office provisioning, field, network planning, logistics, engineering, solution architect) as appropriate to eliminate road blocks and threat for timely delivery.
- To initiate Kick off call and to review the milestone weekly/regularly with internal team and customer.
- To prepare detailed documentation for the Customer like the Project Plan, Project tracker and Project Closure document.
- Developing an implementation plan (using Project Planning procedures) that takes into account customer's priorities and resource availability, develop resource and budget requirements.
- To build a mechanism wherein all the stakeholders are able to plan resources for timely delivery of network services.
- To foresee the gaps and constraints and work alternatives to deliver customer orders time
- To resolve or escalate to concerned team for necessary action in order to find the root cause of delay and to plan the things accordingly for any milestone non compliance to ensure key metrics are met.
- To communicate with all stakeholders on the progress of the service delivery in a non ambiguous manner and Summarize on a weekly report order status of pending orders as defined.
