Technical Service Manager
Looking for a "Technical Service Manager" for a leading FMCG MNC (Edible Oil manufacturer) based in Gurgaon.
JD
Responsibility/Duty
- To bridge the plant, SCM, Sales & Marketing department and institutional customers.
- Coordinate/organize and provide training to Sales & Marketing teams (non technical teams) and customers.
- Provide expertise and resolve issues in the product (oil).
- Prepare Customer data base on specifications, requirements etc.
- Review of customers' complaints, i.e. types & nos., internal rejections and Company's performance. Where appropriate, historical data, information from monthly reports shall be used as a guide
- Coordinate with the Product Development & applications team for providing solutions, new product offerings, alternatives & suggestions.
- Drive customer focus activities.
Education: -
- Graduate / PG in oil technology (preferred)
Experience: -
- 10-15 years of experience in technical support for oil & fats products.
- CTC can go upto INR 25lakhs.
