Technical Sales & Service Manager

We are presently looking for Technical sales and service Manager with BIG Multinational Company.(Cleaning Industry/Consumer Durable)

Position- Technical sales and service Manager

Exp – 10+ years of experience of after sales service along with background of customer service, Experienced in Electrical/Mechanical servicing and maintenance along with team management , designing and conducting technical training of technicians/engineers, machines technical analysis , customer follow up and interaction, etc

Qualification – Engineer; Preferably from Electronic Engineering

CTC on offer - 10-15 CTC or not a constraint for candidates

- Monitoring and maintaining efficient service parameters in the company

- Responsibility of evaluating requirement, designing and execution of effective technical, other training programs for technicians/engineers to improve after sales service of the company

- Analysis and Trouble shooting of critical complaints/failure.

- Proactively analyze maintenance calls, breakdowns , etc and reporting

- Supporting company for new market development, new product development , etc Customer handling and relation

- Monitoring warranty claim settlement.

- Support in induction of proficient technicians/engineers

- Promoting service marketing (AMC/O&M) and enhancing part sales

- Support in designing of contract formats for AMC/CAMC/O & M

- Monitoring MIS and driving the service team together towards company’s corporate goals.

- Periodical Service department reviews, preparing presentations & analysis of target vs achievements.
