Job Title : Technical Sales Manager (Shoe Adhesives)

Location : Navi Mumbai

Criteria :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in similar industry

- Should have handled minimum 60 Crore business or more.

- Strong Team management (Minimum 5 people)

- Experience in Shoe Adhesive Industry will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Profile :

- Lead, coach, manage and motivate a team of Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to achieve sales and profit objectives through project and account management and optimum utilization of resources.

- Explore market opportunities and manage product portfolio to achieve profitable sales growth and increase the market share.

- Provide technical support and regularly visit Original Equipment Manufacturers.

- Consult with product development team on product specifications, pricing issues and market intelligence for better profitability.
