Technical Sales Manager - Bakery Products (PAN INDIA & INTERNATIONAL)

Technical Sales Manager - Bakery Products

- Promote new ideas and products in order to maintain and grow customer relationships

- Identify potential business opportunities with products & innovations

- Understand Industrial scale manufacturing processes within bread & confectionery sectors

- To actively encourage long term partnerships to aid development of bespoke products

- Provide Laboratory & Development Kitchen trials to provide samples and stimulate NPD

- Provide support to customers with plant trials

- Provide fault diagnostics and maintain product quality in order to develop customers

- Ensure sales targets are met

- Promoting the ability to provide a - Complete Solution- to customers

- Ability to build relationships with customers and learn their needs

- Communicate with customers regarding their order / delivery

- Provide customers with technical support by means of troubleshooting at customer premises when required

- Ensure product knowledge is always up to date

- Ensure IP is at all times protected and kept confidential

- Resolve customer issues on time

- Work closely with Sales & Technical teams to enhance customer relationships

Qualification And Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree or or BE in Food Technology & MBA In Marketing or equivalent relevant professional experience and trade qualifications with At least 7-10 years Techno commercial experience ideally in the bakery sector

2. Strategic Subject Matter Expert with strong commercial and technical acumen

3. Availability to travel locally and internationally when required.

4. Experience in FSSAI policies and methodologies advantageous

5. Proven operational and hands on experience e.g. operations, production, technical etc.

6. Customer facing & relationship/ account management skills

7. An ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally

8. Hands on, self driven and determined individual
