1. Responsible for Business Development in Trade segment through proper planning & implementation of different sales promotional activities like engineers & influencers meet.
2. To attend different complaint & guide the consumer the best possible technical solutions.
3. Conducting different types of sales promotional activities for branding & promotion & supporting sales
4. Technical demonstrations to Individual House Builders (IHB?s) for all types of constructions with 100% quality.
5. To visit different customers/projects sites.
6. Updating the CRM data of the area on monthly basis
7. To maintain a good relation with the Engineers, Architects, Contractors, Masons & with all the Influencers & convince them for using our brand.
8. Site visits on regular basis for conversions, mason motivations & dealers sale supports.
9. Conducting analysis on competitors & own product quality periodically & regularly.
10. Team handling
The Incumbent should be a B Tech / Diploma in Civil
