Q3/Q4- 2015: 2 Staff
Scope & Function :
- Research and update customer database through various sources (consultant, websites, events); Present technical papers at marketing events to generate awareness; Qualify business opportunities based on feasibility; Inform Hot & Cold Rolling Mill team in India and SDE; Collate relevant documentation required to submit offer; Submit approves documents to the customer; Coordinate with SDE/customer until formal enquiry is received.
- Analyze scope to determine what part can be executed from India; Coordinate with internal stakeholders to finalize scope; Collect and compile information from the team to prepare technical offer; Participate in scope clarification customer meetings along with SDE counterparts; Brief supervisor on the meeting outcomes and incorporate feedback in the technical offer.
- Develop draft pricing along with Estimation based on technical scope, equipment cost, commercial terms; Recommend target prices internally based on customer's budget and competitors' pricing information; Coordinate with internal stakeholders to secure pricing approval; Follow-up and secure approval from management; Submit pricing to customer; Participate in negotiation and finalization of price; Prepare 'as-sold' pricing details.
- Prepare contract 'Handing-over-note' in coordination with Commercial sales team; Handover signed contract to TPM; Participate in kick-off meetings along with TPM counterparts; Discuss and clarify any gaps in understanding of project scope, if required; Collect feedback received from customers, as required; Share with internal stakeholders, as required.

- In general the incumbent should have proactive to respond to customers as well as team player to cohesively work with SDE/ SMI colleagues and involved departments.
