Service Now - HR
- Bachelor's or similar graduate degree field in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration combined with additional relevant IT and business experience.
- 8+ years of experience into IT industry or equivalent
- 3+ years working with experience in HR services, HR Service Catalog, Chat Configurations, HR service portal, HR - administration ideally on ServiceNow
- 3+ years of experience into pharmaceutical industry
- A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
- Experience in System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, CSS or open source toolkit Bootstrap
- Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Windows Shell)
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable working with different cultures
- Organised and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule
- Handling Level 1and Level 2 (Resolver Team) type Incidents and Service Requests
- Proactive and with a finisher personality type
- Self-driven with the ability to work in a global team
- High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to and interest in collaborating and communicating with external parties, primarily customers, vendors and consultants
- Operates naturally with an end-to-end perspective in mind
