Technical Research Analyst - Equity/Derivative

We are profiling for our client a well established investment banking firm based in Nariman Point.

Please find below the job description.:-

- In-depth knowledge of technical analysis.

- Analyze and closely track equities, indices, bonds, commodities and currencies using technical tools.

- Generating medium/long term trading recommendations and developing trading strategies based on technical calls.

- Creating detailed Research Reports with market outlook and recommendations

- Prepared detailed research reports on the technical outlook of various asset classes

- Recommended long term investment ideas and short term trade picks for the proprietary portfolio & institutional clients.

- Involved in client acquisition and presented reports on market strategy and investment recommendations to institutional & HNI investors.

- Assist the fund manager in stock selection and portfolio management process.

- Train and mentor juniors in technical analysis

Candidate must have -

- 5+ Years of Experience in Technical Analysis.

- Hands on experience in excel.

- Proficiency in using technical analysis software

- Expertise in various chart patterns and technical market indicators in all segments of market and various indices.

- Ability to identify the market trend through technical analysis.

Skills required :

- Exposure to Technical analysis

- Research bent of mind

- Analyzed and closely tracked equities, indices, bonds, commodities and currencies.

- Prepare detailed research reports on Technical Outlook of various funds.

- Work with Institutional Clients

- Work with individual large investors

- Recommend Short Term and Long Term Strategy for various trades for maximum gains.

- Assist fund managers in stock selection and portfolio management.

- Create fund matrix with use of meta stock and ms excel for day to day working.

- Create, develop in house trading system for a better use and success.
