- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruitment Specialist to join our team for the domestic hiring process in Mohali .

- You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions across various domains.

- The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the technology landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job specifications.

- Source potential candidates through various platforms like job portals, social networks, and employee referrals.

- Screen resumes and applications to match the desired technical skills and cultural fit.

- Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and qualifications.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to negotiating offers and onboarding.

- Maintain candidate database and provide regular recruitment reports and updates to stakeholders.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably for domestic hiring in India.

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing technical candidates in various domains.

- Expertise in using various sourcing channels and tools (job portals, social media, ATS).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
