- MSW/MBA qualification
- The Recruiter should have at least 3 -8 years US recruiting experience - IT Experience
- Must be well versed with US recruitment operations.
- Must have used job boards like
- Should have good understanding of all the tax terms
- Must have worked on IT recruitment.
- Good knowledge about US Geography
- Must have very good experience with Direct Client
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and team player.
- Will be responsible for IT recruitment in US region.
- Shift timing 6 pm to 3 AM
- H1B process experience will have an added advantage.
- Compensation best as per Industry
Salary range : 8 - 12 LPA
