Hiring for a passionate technical recruiter with an experience of 4 yrs in the software domain.

Position: Technical Recruiter

experience: 4 to 8 yrs

Location: Bengaluru

Job type : Permanent

The right candidate would work directly with the founder and senior leadership to grow an expanding- team of skilled QA, testing, automation, manual testing, SDET's etc.

Job description:

- A proven HR recruiting professional with at least four years of experience in a high performing environment-

- Experience in full life-cycle talent acquisition-

- Sourcing profiles from job portals, head hunting from professional networking sites and through references-

- Leveraging third party recruitment companies as needed-

- Resume screening-

- Analyzing feedback, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and stakeholders-

- Following up with candidates until they join-

- Strong written and verbal communication skills-

The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial drive to one day own the talent function and grow a talent team- around them.- Candidates currently residing and working in Bangalore only-
