An European Software product company with R&D center in India is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter in Bangalore.
We are looking for a high performing recruiter who comprehends the current trends in technology, is proficient in understanding Technology role / job specifications, has demonstrated ability to source software developers through multiple channels (traditional and new) and has the required maturity and communication skills to engage with candidates in our quest to acquire world class software developers !
This is a contractual role for the first six months and would be converted to a permanent recruiter position basis the performance and contribution.
Mandatory Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of Technology recruitment experience mandatorily in Software Product organizations
- Demonstrated track record of making 6 to 8 offers every month for new / digital skills
- Strong / hands-on experience of recruiting for Digital Technologies (Ex: Full Stack Engineering, Java, JS, .Net, QA, AWS, DevOps & more)
- Proven ability to use multiple channels (Old and New) to accelerate the talent identification, attraction and sourcing
- Proven experience in managing technical interview panelists and hiring managers
- Comprehension of Talent Acquisition metrics that impact business outcomes
