Some of the key responsibilities will include : - Pure play talent acquisition role - Supporting the business units. - Manage extensive stakeholder management and drive the hiring numbers. - This profile requires the Candidate to act as a self-initiator with an extensive presentation skill. - 4 to 9 years of relevant experience is a prerequisite. - Must have experience in Domain specific hiring, skill-based hiring, Market mapping. - Must have experience independently handling sourcing, campus drive, walk-in drives etc. - This profile requires the Candidate to act as a self-initiator with an extensive presentation skill. - Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills. To be eligible for this role you will require : - Postgraduate Education - 4-9 years of recruitment experience in Technology Product companies (WFH till pandemic)
