1. Experience on End to End Recruitment Process with APAC region experience preferred
2. Seeks, interviews assesses, reference checks and places contract employees that completely satisfy the client requirements
3. Continuously explores new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to assist the recruiters in growing their candidate pools
4. Good negotiation skills
5. Experience in Headhunting and Social Networking
6. Good Experience in IT Technical Recruitment
7. Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desired to excel; and the ability to learn new things quickly.
8. Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
