Location : Work from home (Bangalore)

- Experience should be from 2 to 4 years in the same domain

- Should be willing to work on multiple clients based in Indian and Abroad

- Compensation is open (Revenue Sharing Model)

- Proven recruiting experience

- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc)

- Hands on experience with various selection processes (,phone interviewing, reference check etc)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong decision making skills
