Minimum Requirements
1. Graduate/Post-Graduate
2. 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience of working in large, professionally managed firms, with exposure to a highly matrixed local and global reporting environment.
3. Should have experience in technical recruitment from junior to mid level.
4. Expertise in hiring for Large Captives.
5. Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
6. Strong understanding of the local hiring market for the relevant technology skill sets.
7. Proven experience in managing an end to end recruitment process.
8. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize appropriately, meets deadlines and juggle simultaneous demands.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Proven ability to deliver results
