- 4-6 Years experience in Technical Recruitment.

- Experience with multiple job portals and other social media networks like Linked-in.

- Experience in handling Jr/Mid / Sr. level requirements

- Experience in Client Management would be a definite plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
