Responsibilities :
The incumbent Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. As a part of the Recruitment Consulting team, you- ll be responsible for the below-mentioned tasks :
1. Understand technical job descriptions of clients and make the sourcing strategy.
2. Source potential candidates from various sourcing platforms.
3. Screen resumes for required skills and qualifications
4. Perform pre-screening calls to test applicants- abilities
5. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
6. Ensure candidates take online tests, show-up for interviews, comply with other processes as prescribed by the employer
7. Ensure complete document submission, and complete clarity of CTC and joining details
8. Promote the company's reputation and build professional relationships with job seekers and clients
9. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements :
1. Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
2. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
3. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
4. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
