Technical Recruiter

Paytm is looking for technical recruiters for Noida Location.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end to end recruitment.

- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

- Screen candidates resumes and job applications

- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Managing hiring drives and multiple stakeholders

- Comfortable in managing vendors.

- Work on multiple hiring requirements

Skill set required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Willing to work in a challenging environment

- MBA Preferred however not a mandate

- Must have worked on roles like QA, Frontend, Backend, Java developers

- Comfortable in working for 6 days a week ( as and when required)
