Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.

- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews.

- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of technical recruiting experience.

- Proficient in using ATS and recruitment tools.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
