- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter into Staff Augmentation with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Indore.
- Expertise in staff augmentation, vendor management.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical roles across various technologies and skill sets.
- Knowledge of vendor management processes and Staff Augmentation models.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
Educational Background: Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with IT recruitment in both permanent and contract staffing models.
- Familiarity with local and international hiring trends in the IT industry.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively and negotiate contracts
