Key Responsibilities :

As a leader of the Digital Channels Technical QA team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

- Manage the Digital Channels Technical QA Team

- Manage White & Grey box test cases for the Platform

- Manage the current automation team in terms of technical direction and mentorship

- Manage Performance & Security Testing as well as Platform Certification

- Enhance the current test frameworks to improve the efficiency of automation

- Develop & maintain current test frameworks and continuously look for opportunities to reduce maintenance overhead

- Timely delivery of product releases through systematic planning of test execution for different test phases

Required Skills :

- Experience in test 5+ years automation experience

- Passion, experience and appreciation for Programming and Design

- Experience in Agile development methodology

- Experience leading Technical QA teams

- Experience in automation tools like QTP, Selenium, Squish and building QA utility tools

- Experience in mobile test automation like HP Mobile Center

- Experience in performance testing tools like HP LoadRunner & JMeter

- Experience in testing APIs

- Experience in testing Platforms (e.g. Oracle Cloud Platform)

- Experience in testing SaaS based solutions

- Scripting languages like Perl, Jython, JavaScript, Unix Shell Scripts

- Experience in PL/SQL

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Should have diverse technical skills both in software testing and automation scripting

- Should have experience in developing different automation frameworks that are robust, resilient & easy to maintain

- Be a hands-on problem solver with a willingness to do whatever it takes to complete an objective

- Have the flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing landscape

- Possess an excellent team leading ability to guide the Technical QA Team.

- Banking knowledge is preferred
