Job Description

- Working directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identifying and communicating project dependencies and impacts.

- Putting mechanisms in place to ensure on-going control of the project (E.g., Kick off meeting, overall Project Management Approach, Communication Plan, Risk Management, Issues Management, Change Control, etc.)

- Creating and executing plans for communication, change control, quality and risk control, and specific coordination of activities

- Identify and resolve issues/risks using established engineering and project management tools and techniques

Skills :

- 10+ years' Project Management experience successfully leading and managing multiple complex operational and strategic business projects concurrently.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Hands-on experience in handling International clients.

- Familiarity with web development and programming languages i.e. Java, .NET, PHP, XML, Perl and HTML.

- Certified Scrum Master
